What do you have to learn to be a home health aide?

I want to know everything I am gonna have to about helping elders, kids, and even middle age. I want to know the things I will have to learn so I can be prepared.

Home Health Aids are essential to the community. In most cases home health aids are required for the aging community who may need additional assistance with daily tasks, someone recovering from an illness or surgery, or ongoing catastrophic care (such as an auto accident). You might be able to take a class at your local community college and some Home Health Care agencies provide on the job training. Skills like simple meal prep, personal hygiene, bathroom aid, medication administering, ect are all common requirements of a Home Health Aid.
