Having that degree carries a lot of weight in the Culinary world. My only mistake was not continuing and taking the Bachelors for another 13 months. When I was graduating from the CIA with an Associates they were just starting the Bachelors program and I was so eager to get out of school and work that I decided not to be a part of the initial Bachelors program & now looking back, I wish I had.
