Dwight’s Answer
When a patient has almost lost hope in ever regaining their mobility or independence and I am able to help them to regain that ability. I honestly feel that I could do it for free and have done just that in the past, because of how rewarding it is to see hope restored.

Hi Katy,
The most rewarding thing about being a physical therapist is the difference you make in someone’s life by providing treatment. The smile when the patient achieves their goal and the happiness when the patients go back home and are completely independent. Hope this helps.
