The FBI look for people who already have Law and other degrees, (Cyber security...etc) Look into regular law enforcement or military police for a quicker avenue... Also they often look for foreign language speakers/people...

A great starting place would be to look for schools that have a 4 year degree in criminal law program. Other great undergraduate degrees that can help prepare you for an internship with the FBI are accounting, computer science, finance, another strategic business program. In addition, I would start to research and learn about federal and local laws. These knowledge based areas will all make you a great candidate for an FBI internship.
I would also keep in mind that you will likely need to pass a physical fitness test. These tests usually include speed, strength, and endurance components so it might be helpful to start building your fitness now.

There is a specific tab for students. It will provide you with information and opportunities for high school, undergrad and graduate students. Also, I would suggest you seek out your career services office or criminal justice department if you are in college. Many times, they will have opportunities for internships as well.

First, having a 4 year degree in criminal law, accounting, computer science, finance, or something along those lines would be a start. Having an advanced degree could help your chances. Having knowledge of federal laws and or experience with Police work. Second I would recommend being physically fit and law abiding. Lastly, you can apply to intern with the FBI; however, some are unpaid internships.
If this is truly your goal, having the grit it takes to follow through will be essential. Get enough rest and self care as that will help you have the energy to get the work done. The FBI is a big life commitment. It will be important that you communicate openly and honestly to your significant other, friends, and family about the commitment it will take to be a successful FBI agent and to know your boundaries.
