What is some advice to have a 6 figure luxury Hairstylist lifestyle & what "steps" should I take if I wanted to start now?

1) Hone your craft. Make sure that you have all of the best trainings, certifications and internships from reputable artists and institutions. these places are great for making industry connections as well.
2) Document your successes. Social media is a good way to build your brand and catch the eyes of people who are looking to work with fresh, trendy, and quality individuals. A picture "or video" is worth a thousand words.
3) Be where similar talent can be found. "If you are the smartest person in your circle, find a new circle". Surround yourself with successful people who can challenge you, and are trying to create /build a business like you are. Look for help for those who are successful in what you want to do, and don't be afraid to ask for their advice or an opportunity to intern/ shadow them.
The biggest challenge to anyone trying to break through to the top of any industry is expecting instant success. Most successful people put in many years of work building themselves up and trying to break through to the top of their fields. Expect to put in the work, expect hardship and challenges, and don't give up when faced with obstacles.
