If you have trouble looking for official internships in hong kong, I would also suggest volunteering with charities that focus on mental health. Charities helping people with disabilities, nursing homes, suicide hotlines and rehabilitation centers are all great places to start. I hope this helps!

It looks like there is an Indeed jobs page for Hong Kong here. I would say the best way to find psychology intern or job opportunities in general is to search for universities, particularly universities you are interested in, along with "psychology job" or "psychology intern", as the majority of jobs in psychology will be at universities. Here is one internship I found.


There may be other counseling jobs outside universities as well. I hope this helps!
