How do I get in the mindset of working out?

Everyone knows of the freshman 15, and I don't want to fall into that trap. What can I do to prevent that from happening, and also create some sort of workout to actually follow? This way I will stay healthy. #workout #health #freshman15

To be honest, the way I avoided the freshman 15 was keeping a set routine. Find a time for working out and stick to it. This time should also be a time where you will want to work out (if you're not a morning person, don't go in the morning)

Hi there,

It's a great idea to begin with a goal in mind. From that point, you can cultivate a habit, such as spending 15 minutes at the gym. Gradually, you can increase this duration to 30 minutes over the course of a month. The key is to start with manageable steps, take it slow, and most importantly, make sure you're having fun. Definitely, don't forget to make friends along the way. They'll become your gym buddies and make the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Here's to your success, best of luck! :)

Hi,
To beat the freshman 15 the best thing to do is be active. When you’re young you’re always moving around. But if you’re not when I was a freshman I went to the gym on campus at a set time a couple times a week doing cardio. Also if you’re trying to change how you eat google some different diets or healthy eating. Hope this helps, good luck!

To be honest to you, if you are looking to be healthier , you could just take around 30 mins to walk, jog daily and already you could be quite on track. But if you want to start a career on let say bodybuilding, then it needs you to follow extremely strict scheduling, and training program to follow. it is just like saving money to your bank account, it could day by day, year to year to follow
