Firstly, seek out fellow music enthusiasts at your school who might be interested in forming a band, but remember, commitment to this project is crucial. Secondly, explore your city for opportunities like music schools, conservatories, festivals, fairs, and any other venues. Always keep your objectives in mind. If I were in your shoes, I'd start off solo, singing with my guitar and perhaps a backing track, or just my guitar, in small venues that are open to giving me a chance. Best of luck!
