What the advice you would give to a student who want to go to college and study medicine

Also who don’t know which college will be the best option

I'm about to become a freshman in highschool and I would like to get a head start on my college resume. What would be the best way to go about this?

What are some tips for a college freshmen?

When you are applying for colleges there is now an option to not send in you sat/act scores. If you are trying to attend would submitting these scores help increase the likely hood of attending or does it make no difference.
