If my strengths are. When I watch YouTube videos on cars, I learn a lot more than I used to know. And when I detail cars, I feel motivated to keep working for my future, what types of careers or industries might best fit me? What other strengths or experiences might I need for the suggested careers?

There are several ways you can look at your situation. It looks like you have a passion for automobiles. If working with cars motivates you, there is nothing wrong with going to a technical school and learning how to fix cars if you are a hands on person. You could also consider engineering if your interest in fixing or making things beyond cars and you want to fix the bridges or work on robotics. You could also consider volunteering at a dealership and see if you might be interested in car sales and marketing. At the end of the day, you want to get into a career not just for the money alone but also for fulfilment such that when you go to work you enjoy what you do. Think about the things that come naturally for you and work on those strengths. Talk to your parents or close friends and see if they can help you identify the 'gifts' that you have that you might not have thought about. You are a great learner if you can watch you tube videos like you said and follow along. Maybe one day you might own your own dealership. All the best .

It sounds like you have a passion for the auto industry. The industry is going to likely go through some very interesting changes in the next few years as the electric options become more available.
Depending on what you prefer, an office job or a hands on job so to speak, the options are endless. Go to a dealership and just walk around and observe everyone's individual job duties. Sales, accounting, marketing, operations, quality management, service, customer service- all under one roof.
If you are someone that likes design, you could look into the actual design of vehicles, or marketing.
Follow your passion. Even if you become an accountant, every car business needs one.
Bet of luck

If detailing cars is a passion of yours, I would start a Facebook/Instagram of you detailing cars. I would promote your services and offer to do the service in your customers driveway. Customers love ease and convenience especially if you offer the service on their time. People would throw you business left and right.

Hi Edwin,
I am also someone who spends hours watching YouTube videos on cars. You have the advantage of having worked on them. A lot of good advice above, I would just want to say that within the Automotive industry there is so much you can do. Off the top of my head, you could go into learning to fix cars, working in a car detailing store, or studying engineering and getting into designing/innovating within the industry. If you work in an industry that you care about, it'll feel less like 'work'.
A lot of good suggestions about about car related occupations, I would just add that you should find something that you like (like detailing which you mentioned, maybe the technical side interests you too, what about repairing it?) and work towards becoming good at it, recognised for it and finding openings in that area. Only you can choose which of the fields is best, but knowing it is car-based is a good foundation.
Best of luck!
Best,
Justin

Here are a few option:
1. Youtuber/SME that delivers training sessions, so basically shares knowledge with groups or individuals either via online tools or in person.
2. Mechanic/any other job that connected to hands on experience. These roles usually require a lot of standing, and - generally speaking - physical activities.
3. Car designer/product manager - if you enjoy understanding how things work, finding new creative ways of solving users' problems, spending your time in front of a computer etc. I guess that having attention to details would be also beneficial :)
Try to imagine yourself spending the majority of your time in each role. Depending on your choice, there are plenty of additional skills that can empower your resume: from more technical or design certificates (for example: CAD), up to gaining practice in a vehicle repair shop.

Hi Edwin
Looks like you have identified your strengths, which is good.
you need to focus what areas of that strength is relevant to you, eg car mechanical designs? or actual car racing? or automobile engineering? etc.
after you have decided what you want to pursue, then decide either you want to pursue specialized degrees / certificates.
this will help you to develop and grow in the area of your strength.
All the best.
