Aishwarya’s Answer

The term "CV" stands for "Curriculum Vitae," which is a Latin phrase meaning "course of life." A CV is a detailed document highlighting an individual's professional and academic history. It typically includes education, qualifications, work experience, skills, achievements, and sometimes personal details. In many contexts, especially outside of the United States, a CV is used interchangeably with what Americans consider a resume, though a CV can be more comprehensive and detailed.

Daniela’s Answer

CV is short for "Curriculum Vitae".
It is basically a list of a person's entire education, publications, accomplishments, notable projects, awards, honors, achievements, and work history (professional experiences).

This is your first impression so make sure whatever you do you would be proud to include on your CV.

Ps: A "resume" is a shorter version of your CV.
