Companies are constantly looking for professionals who can blend their skills to effectively deliver updates to a community and also have the ability to tap into that community to collect feedback for a company to use for improving its products.
In the dynamic environment the top traits for success are:


1.Strong communication skills: Its very important to convey our thoughts/ideas/concepts in a clear and crisp manner.
2.Analytical skills: irrespective of the field we are today the demand is to understand "numbers" and derive the correlation of factors driving to business results.
3.Adaptability is the key to evolve,modify and keep oneself abreast with the changes arising in the organisation, internally and externally.
