Are any of the classes I take in high school even relevant to my future if I plan to become a community manager?

Is high school REALLY relevant to real life? For students who plan to become community managers, which specific classes are actually relevant to their future career plans?

Yes, specifically your English and History classes. Learning about other cultures and times will help you understand how to talk to the diverse set of people you'll experience in your professional life. Learning about WW2 for example, could help you understand your European community members better.

I would argue yes. The thing that makes community so easy for me is a wide breadth of interests, so knowing more about more things makes it easier to relate and open conversations.
