What is your favorite kind of restaurant to cook in?

Hope,
The hospitality industry is very large you do not have to cook in a restaurant to be a cook or chef. after i got married i moved out of restaurants and did other types of cooking because i wanted to spend time with my wife. So I worked in jobs the were more Monday through Friday and not late night. that said follow your passion try all types of cuisines. try all types of jobs . I'm a morning person so i like jobs that do breakfast. But if your more of a night person work a job the open late. I also like not to the same thing day after day so I like jobs that the menu is different very day. Agin find what you like and find the job that is best for you.

Well, my dream for sometime was to be a chef, I took a chef course but I ended up specializing in Hospitality instead, but If I was a chef I would love to work in a restaurant that serves the food I love. You should do some research, go try all kinds of foods, sweet and salty from different cuisines. when you find your favourite one, try that!
I think once you go to chef school and you start learning all kinds of stuff, you may choose a different kind of cooking, but for the moment you could do the research!
