Hi-

You will need customer service experience as you will be up front at the counter assisting customers. You'll be responsible to inventory and eventually ordering. Also daily clean up and checking to be sure machines and equipment are running properly. It's all basically on the job training. As you grow in your role the bakers could become mentors to you and teach you tips and techniques along the way as well.
