Most of the most common prerequisites are the following:
College Algebra (if you take any high-level math (i.e., Calculus) in high school will usually count towards this requirement.
Intro to Physics / Physics
Anatomy & Physiology (with labs)
Medical Terminology
You should check the ultrasound programs you are considering applying to for more specific requirements. I've seen programs require Speech/Communication, completing a certain number of hours of job shadowing, CPR certifications, etc.

You should look for jobs in your area to see what they require and then research how to meet those requirements.
I don't believe there are any High School classes that will prepare you for this job.
