This spring marked the second year HP partnered with CareerVillage as part of its company-wide “40 Days of Doing Good<\/a>“<\/strong> volunteer campaign (April 1\u2013May 10, 2026). This year\u2019s campaign focused on empowering future workers by expanding access to technology, skills, and economic opportunities in disconnected communities, and HP’s volunteers showed up in a big way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The campaign is a reflection of what HP genuinely believes: that its employees have knowledge worth sharing, and that giving back can mean giving your expertise. Partnering with CareerVillage, HP has found a way to turn that belief into something tangible: career guidance, delivered at scale, to young people who need it most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

40 Days of Doing Good: How it came together<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This year’s campaign offered HP volunteers more ways to engage than ever before: four Advice-a-thons spanning three time zones, two New Coach volunteer opportunities<\/strong>, engagement from top HP leaders, and record-breaking impact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The campaign kicked off in person at HP’s Houston office with HP\u2019s interim CEO and other senior leaders inviting employees to answer career questions, setting the tone for an inspiring 40 days that followed! By the end of 40 days, the results spoke for themselves:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
