What types of certs do you need to become an instructional designer with a concentration in health?

I've been looking at internships, but most of them are out of state.

I am in t10th grade starting my own business, which has been in the works for 2-3years although I truly started taking it serious in 2023. I do not know how to get a proper clientele base. What are the easiest products to use as a beginner and specific pieces of advice that you as a community have.
