Dear Noxolo,

I had previously experienced many volunteering jobs when I was in your age.
At that time, I volunteered to be a jeweller at school after joining a jewelry design club at the school.
Another one is working at the library as a volunteer back then.
To be honest, being a volunteer at the library... it was the hardest one I had.
I highly recommend to build your CV and Cover Letter once you volunteered.
Due to the fact that, nowadays, it is much harder to be hired without having a internship and volunteering experience.
What I would suggest is that you should not take a risk, and think about the volunteering opportunities, in my opinion.
Instead, be open to all extracurricular opportunities first.
As I mentioned here, I had a few extraordinary volunteering jobs at the school.
You may require to discover yout talent once you find your hobby or hobbies.
Once you enrolled to a club or perhaps you preferred to apply for any volunteering position offers, I highly recommend to look at soft and hard skills and emotional intelligence skills in your free time.
After you volunteered or graduated from the college or school, you may explore new things in your life.

Your first step for starting what you need to do to become an Estate Agent in South Africa would be to ask your parents if it is okay with them. If you are still in Secondary School, you may not be able to attend the secondary school if you take on the requirements and time span to become an Estate Agent. You will need to be 18 to be Licensed, but you can start the education and training for Real Estate in South Africa at any age.

The first step is mandatory - get a job in a real estate agency as an intern. You have to be working there in order to start your training and internship. You then register with the Estate Agency Affairs Board as an Intern Estate Agent. You will need to work the internship at the Real Estate office for a continuous 12 month period of time. Document everything you do during your internship because you will need to have it evaluated by the Estate Agency Affairs Board. When you complete your Internship, go for the Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate at NQF Level 4. Take and pass the Professional Designation Examination.

Once you become an agent, you must take continued Professional Development courses. Be assured that during your Internship, your supervisor will be able to inform you of the steps to take at any given time as you do your internship. Remember that you will not be able to become licensed for Estate sales in South Africa until you are 18.

My advice is to wait till you graduate Secondary School and then start the path to becoming an Estate Agent. This will give you time to read up about what the career entails and research possible real estate offices to possibly do your Internship at because the internship is the most crucial step in the process.

At 15, remember to share your intentions with your parents because if you want to do this now at 15 you may have to stop school and your parents need to know about that. You are going to have to do the process on your own, seek and obtain an internship as well as learn everything for the certification and licensing exams. My dear your intentions to be historian estate development Agency is ideal . Howbeit, you must attain the age of 18 or above before your cv can be accepted into the field of your choice career . While you are waiting for age appreciation,improving your education on civil engineering studies and attending building & estate management seminars is essential program you must consider doing.
When you graduate from civil engineering studies, My advice is to read up about what the career entails and research possible real estate offices to possibly do your Internship at because the internship is the most crucial step in the process.
