Hi Siena,
While I am not a UCCS alum, I was able to do some research and find an answer. According the university's course catalogue, the Bachelor's of Arts in Criminal Justice (BACJ) program requires students to do an internship and it looks like they have an internships coordinator who will help with placement. Because they offer a forensic specialization, I am fairly confident they would have forensic internship opportunities.
I would highly encourage you to reach out the BACJ department or the internship coordinator to confirm that this is something that they offer!
Some helpful links:
- The BACJ program overview/course catalogue: https://catalog.uccs.edu/preview_program.php?catoid=36&poid=13786
- Faculty contact information for the department (including the internship coordinator): https://cps.uccs.edu/faculty-staff
Hope that helps!
