How are ways that you keep your life in balance?
How are ways that you guys balance your life? I am enrolled in a competitive college and am having a hard time balancing school, work, dating, sleep, and prioritizing my eating and exercising! I understand that it's essentially impossible to balance EVERYTHING... sometimes you have to prioritize and make sacrifices. I would love some ways that you have learned to balance you life that me, and hopefully others can learn from!

Hope this helps. Because for me the next is a life savior. Use chat GPT to help improve your time-management. Firstly you can question it about what type of time-management you should use(you can try all of them and see what suits u better). I tried time blocking, pomodoro, eat the frog and etc. But there are a lot of unexpected events which i can't control aand sometimes I spend too much time in TikTok. So GPT suggested to divide a day into blocks(more flexible thing). Then i wrote to it what i need to do today,when i start my day, time for lunch..So, example:
Day starts at 9
HW-1 hour
Cleaning room- 30 min
Tine for lunch at 3pm
Ride a bike-30 min
Also, need 10 min break between each act and some time for tiktok.
And poof! all day is planned.

Hi Samantha!
As for me balance is possible once you know yourself well enough meaning your strongest and weakest sides and if you know well your limits you will easily learn how to cooperate everything you put your mind to.
I am not sure if it helps but I hope you will learn how to prioritize and feel your life within.
May be there are some courses which may help to make your life easier. And of course delegation which is needed sometimes.
Once you learn yourself you will succeed and do not waste time thinking how to manage everything.

Hi Samantha! I love this question—you're so right, it can be really challenging. But remember, you've got this! The key is BOUNDARIES! As you mentioned, you can't do everything, so focus on what's most important to you and stick to it. Maybe try spending less time on social media and use that time for things that truly matter to you. At work, set clear start and end times to avoid burnout and keep a healthy balance.
