How do I work through the stress of finishing the college acceptance process?

I have already been accepted, I just have a checklist to complete with a million things while also trying to finish high school.

You’re not alone, Victoria! Many of us know the feeling of a to-do list that’s too long. My wife’s a nurse and she sympathizes. You should consider reading a book on “time management,” as well as using time management techniques found in online AI sources. But offhand I’d also suggest this: As you go through the tasks, keep picturing in your mind the end goal that makes you happy. For example, I’d visualize a successful graduation day with a big grin on my face, knowing I have a great job lined up. I used to see myself on a beach in Hawaii just before the job starts with an even bigger grin. Also, explore some type of meditation or mindfulness techniques to use as you check off your list items.
Enjoy your adventure!

Firstly Victoria congratulations! Second this is a great lesson to understand prioritizing things and managing your time which of course will be critical to your success when you start college, find a way to keep your tasks organized in whatever way works best for you. I am a bit old school that I actually still use a written calendar to put in my appointments etc. and I keep a running to do list, for me there is something enjoyable about crossing off items I've completed. Wishing you well and if you find yourself getting overwhelmed, perhaps look at trying to do one or two items a day as you need to.
