Margarita’s Answer

Scholarships are helpful but not necessary.
It is mostly helpful financially and as a stimulation for feeling of achievement. Getting a job.... not so much.
Financially, explore other options as well. FAFSA, Pell grants, etc. Check if you are eligible for some fellowships as well.

Ryan’s Answer

Scholarships can really help, but they aren't the only thing that leads to success.

The biggest benefit of a scholarship isn't just the money, although it does help reduce debt. It's the freedom it gives you. Without worrying so much about tuition or loans, you can focus more on things that shape your future, like internships, networking, and extracurricular activities, or even figuring out your career path.

Even without a scholarship, you can still succeed if you are proactive. Many successful people have paid their way through school. What really matters is how you use your time to build skills, gain experience, and make connections.

Apply for as many scholarships as possible. They provide financial help and show that someone believes in your potential. If you don't get one, focus on making the most of your college experience in other ways. In the real world, employers care more about your achievements, communication skills, and ability to learn than how you paid for school.

Scholarships can be a big help, but they aren't necessary for success.
