How do you balance school, work and extracurricular activities when in college ?

I would like to continue working part time but as a new student, I am unsure if this will be manageable.

Aniyan -- balancing work and other activities is a challenge througout life. I suppose it comes down to priorities and perhaps a bit of grit. Some of your decision on this balance will depend on your college schedule. Some semesters will be less demanding than others. Another factor may be your general financial situation, you may have to work a bit just to make ends meet.

When work is a must because of the financial situation, you simply have to do the best you can, mixing work with your study demands. This is where the grit comes in. It may require late nights are early mornings to keep up with your studies.

My best advice is to start off working and see how well you do in maintaining your studies. You should quickly understand whether you can do both.
