How to find a mentorships & apprenticeships in sustainibility?

Hi,

I am looking for foreign-mentorship or foreign-partnership around some opportunnity including sustainibility? That could be also financial sustainibility in US or Canada for example. Do you know someone in your contact or a company that is able to help about this topic? If you want just share your experience or talk about this topics, let's a message.

What a terrific first question! I don't know how much budget you have for travel, but many countries in Europe have robust sustainability efforts. This would translate to internship and job opportunities. I recently talked with a recent college graduate who was moving to Sweden for that reason. The link below is to a sustainability ranking that rated all Scandinavian countries high. Other studies rank the UK and Netherlands high as well.
Sustainability is a popular topic these days. If you are in college, I would see what resources or contacts your career services department could offer. You may even be able to access them if you have graduated.
Another approach could be to pick an organization you like and explore opportunities with them outside the United States. The second link below is to a list of sustainability organizations. It is not complete, but is a start. You could tweak your search parameters to refine your list, then look for internship opportunities with each.
