Focus on being authentic and realize it takes time to build an audience. Read about personal branding and marketing online, follow popular YouTubers and copy their format to the best of your ability. There is a lot of research online about what thumbnails to use and when you should post your videos to get the most attention. The sweet spot for length tends to be in the 3-5 minute range.

Above all else have fun. The joy you feel will come across to those who will become dedicated members of your audience. Once you find your people try to understand where they hang out online and what they're interested in hearing. Don't let yourself get caught up in what you think will be interesting, you're just one person so let the crowd guide you. Give the people what they want.
