If my strengths are encouraging others, good with numbers, organized, commmuntation, work quickly, fast learner, postive person, and optimistic and my hobbies are going to church, reading, playing solftball, swimming, traveling, photography, babysiting, and cleanig what types of careers or industries might be fit me?

What other strengths or experience might I need for a suggested career?

I agree with Felicia! You have limitless career opportunities. You just have to define what you would be passionate about doing it, would it be accounting, project management, finance? Knowing what you are good at helps you to narrow down the options. But the most important is to choose a career path that you really enjoy doing it, combined with your wonderful skills, you will surely succeed. Best of luck!

Work on time management and organizational skills.

With all of your strengths mentioned, your career opportunities are limitless. Because of your mentioned strength of being good with numbers and organization, I think of fields like actuary or accounting. Being positive and a fast learner means you are trainable and can really choose the area you like best. I believe you would be successful in whatever area you choose because of these qualities.
