i go to Georgia GWINNET COLLEGE, and am doing pro nursing and my school offer admission to nursing program does it mean i have to graduate first before applying for admission to nursing program in my school>

I would check with the admissions department of the school. Sometimes schools partner with each other to provide students a path from one school to the other. In addition, you can find out what courses are required and that are acceptable for transfer credits.
