Additional good qualities for when you start your career is to keep an open mind and a positive attitude. Beginning your career you should be open to completing any task your manager throws at you and should ask clarifying questions if you are unclear of the assignment. Having strong organization, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills to help foster relationships are also very helpful! Depending on what field of work you want to be involved in will determine the best qualities to posses and demonstrate. Some general ones that are always good to have are: problem solver, think independently, proactive, goal oriented and responsible.
