Hi,

You have asked a very open ended question. Basically it depends upon what kind of EE you want to be. I suggest that you spend some time on the Internet which will give you a lot more information that I can relate here:

First, perhaps look around what subjects are offered in different colleges for Electrical Engineering course. There will be slightly different subjects across different unis/colleges. You also need to think about how you will apply your skills once you have earned the electrical engineering degree. Different industry employs different role for electrical engineer. For some comparison, you could be working for major electrical power company, or an electrical circuit designer for manufacturing company. Electrical engineering has wide application in a lot of industries.

I would say the most important thing is to be a good problem solver, someone who can think methodically and logically. No matter whether you are doing hardware design, software, chip design, power systems, etc. your fundamental task is usually to create a design and then have to debug it so that it works.

The other important thing is communication skills. No matter what your field of expertise is you will need to work with other people and that requires good verbal and written skills. Without that you will only be able to get as far as your technical expertise can take you so you better be brilliant if you can't work well with others.

As far as electrical engineering goes....in addition to the suggestions given by others, above, Pablo, I'm sure that you will not be "shocked" to learn that skill in basic and intermediate math are important, as for most any engineering degree. So take all the math courses you can in high school.
