The part I like most about Industrial maintenance is it changes day by day. You are not doing the same thing day by day, which can become monotonous (dull, boring). Troubleshooting malfunctions could be fun, but you have to have a wide skill set, or the ability to use the instruments, publications, diagrams and operation manuals do some research. One day you can be troubleshooting using a screw driver, and the next you may be using a crane. You will need to be very knowledgeable on so may aspects of the industry chosen, along with safety, procedures, rules and regulations. Good luck, I wish you the best.
