Mahesh’s Answer

Yes. You can definitely get into IT.
1. However, many companies prefer MSc candidates. So, if you are planning to go for higher studies, then your chances will be much more higher.
2. In Addition to the qualification, you need to have interests in problem solving, logical thinking and do lot of practice on these by solving logical problems.
3. Learning basic programming constructs using atleast one programming language. There are lot of materials available over internet. Pick one programming language like C OR Java OR Python and learn basic constructs.

Brennan’s Answer

Good for you for getting your BSc degree! That's a lot of hard work and will demonstrate to an employer that you have fortitude toward improving your knowledge and skills. While software programers typically have a Computer Science degree, that's not always the case. And being able to build software that supports electronics or hardware is very important. I think it would be helpful for you to take a programming class or two to help you be conversant with programmers. You can find these at your current school or take one on line through Ed-X, Coursera or the like.
