Hi! I'm a CMA that works back office and front office. The most challenging aspect of my job is multitasking. I have a office filled with 7 providers. All of them expect you to be timely, effective, and enthusiastic about every task that's thrown your way and I would say that's been a really difficult thing for me to do. If you were blessed with the ability to multitask then never fear...you'll be alright :)
