How can I get a paid internship at the CDC

I need to get my foot in the door a lot of this has to do with connections and I have been trying but haven't been succeeding. I am an emory university graduate student pursuing an MPH. The CDC is right across the street from my school I really want an opportunity. #CDCinternship

Visit the official CDC website and go to the "career" section to see if there are paid internships. If there aren't any, you can find a CDC HR contact and send them an email with a cover letter and your resume. Let them know that you're available and if there aren't any now, then to consider you for future paid internships.

Pathways is a program for students & recent graduates to federal careers. You can go to their website (https://www.usajobs.gov/Help/working-in-government/unique-hiring-paths/students/) to learn about eligibility, other student programs and documents you may need.
