Haider Ali’s Answer

Computational Science is very similar to computer science except it focuses more on the statistics and the math behind computations. Formally it is, "a discipline concerned with the design, implementation and use of mathematical models to analyse and solve scientific problems. Typically, the term refers to the use of computers to perform simulations or numerical analysis of a scientific system or process."

There are a lot of different career paths you can take with this major. You could go towards design, product and program management, statistician, data scientist, analyst, software engineering or IT. Research and dive deeper into your areas of interest.

Hope this helps!
