Here are few steps you can follow -
1. Till the time your 12th starts, enrol in some good courses on Udemy or any other portal you find good.
2. Start figuring out which domain of software you want to go for, that you can do by going through different courses like - Web development, Java scripting, Web designing etc.
3. Once you have that figured out, start learning and practising more about it. There are many portals out there which are free and can be used for practice purposes.
4. Do ensure you opt for Computer science as an optional subject while you opt for Non-medical in +2. That would give you a really great baseline.

Hello Rakshith. I am happy to know that you have passed your 10th Standard. Hopefully you would have secured above 70% especially in Science and Mathematics subjects as it is essential to entering into an Engineering Degree. For your PUC or 10+1 you will need to take up a combination of science subjects such as PCMB (Biology),PCMC (Computer Science), PCME (Electronics) as there is no requirement to do computer science but it will be an added advantage if you could get into PCMC. Once you have completed your PCMC you would need to take up a competitive exam such as CET, COMED-K or JEE ( if you want to try for IIT or NIT based engineering schools). You will need to score at least 75% and upwards in 10+2 or 2nd PUC if you want to obtain a Merit seat else would need to take up a regular seat which may be expensive.
