[closed] What is an example of an objective that can be broken down into smaller objectives for managers?

Hello,

My name is Aimee and I am a business major in college with an area of administration and a concentration of management.I am senior. Naturally, I like to learn more about management principles and applications in the professional world. So far I have some general business knowledge from my associate's degree and studies in school. I have taken a couple of management classes, marketing, and accounting. The experience that I have also comes from a few class projects and volunteer experiences that I have participated in at school. When planning and executing any project, a manager should plan it out and set managable chunks so that no one should feel pressured or reluctant to complete tasks. It is also professionalism when someone can communicate how to do something, rather than just being bossy and saying "Figure it out and suck it up." I believe it is of no help to say this to anyone, and that it just leaves feelings of frustration and miscommunication behind. My goal is to be able to use this knowledge and profesional advice to begin a career and apply it to my personal life. It is my opinion that it could be of great use to me. In a company, I could contribute these skills to improve it.

Thank you for your input,
Aimee #business-administration #business-management #leadership
