[closed] Where do leaders collaborate for a better, healthier whole person to work with in business administration?

Hello,

My name is Aimee and I am passionate about eating and drinking better as a person. I will not let much stop me from obtaining my wellness goals as long as I can help it. Since working consistently out for the past few months, choosing fiber filled foods, and eating those with less sugars, I have helped fuel myself and my day for success, focus, and happiness. I have gained the following knowledge from nutrition classes, so I would like to pass it along to anyone else who is interested in empowering themselves. I am not a professional, so be aware that your own nutrition needs may vary because of factors like disabilities or medical impairments. Do not fear them them though, and always move forward :D I would like to ask: "Where other leaders may go to discuss health related information?"

Here it is:
1) Diet sodas do not help as much as water does with rehydration.
2 )Fruit can taste just as sweet as refined sugar in a Snickers bars, and fill you up with satiety and great sugars.
3) If you feel pain when stretching, stop because you are doing too much. I learned from personal experience.
4)Fruit drinks such as apple juice generally have many grams of sugar in them that outdo the goodness of the fruit.
5) Just because a product may have a label of "low-fat", "natural", and/or "organic" does not mean it is healthy. It is best to read all of the information for a full perspective.

Thanks for listening,
Aimee

Hello!

There are Apps available to help you network with other leaders on similar interests. LinkedIn and Facebook have groups on fitness and nutrition.
It's great that you are passionate about health and fitness. I am aware of an App called LoseIt that will allow you to create teams so you and other people with similar interests can chat about your successes and see others progress.
