Cassie’s Answer

As Ryan mentioned, you need to have the educational background in order to become a broadcaster. Additionally, if your goal is to work for the LPGA it is important to build up your network, as who you know will help in getting a career started in a lucrative role like that. Try to get to know people in the golf industry, broadcasting or spend time at your local golf courses (even better if its a PGA course) and find people who may be able to help you get connections when the time is right.

Connect with those key people on LinkedIn and check in regularly in order to maintain those relationships. Just be sure you are genuine in building those relationships!
