Do Emergency Medical doctors and nurses enjoy working in the ER, or is it really stressful?

I used to volunteer in the ER and the doctors and nurses never looked flustered. I am just wondering if this is the same for all medical staff working in the ER, or if it was unique to them. They always seemed to have control over their situation even when it was chaotic. #medicine

Both. If a job is stressful it doesn't mean that it isn't enjoyable. Understand that everything you choose to do will have some good and some bad.
