To increase your knowledge in nutrition and dietetics you have to stay up to date in terms of knowledge. But you don't have to limit yourself to a place. Aberdeen university offers short courses fully online that is accredited and can be transformed to a master degree. But you have to get a bachelor's degree first. You can check online undergraduate degrees in nutrition and dietetics in studyportals website

Hello RF. I'm not familiar with Thiruvananthapuram but I would suggest doing a Google search on Bachelor programs in nutrion science. You'll have an array of organizations that would employee someone as a dietician with a degree in nutrician science. From health care organizations to high end fitness clubs, the demand for coaching on helathy eating habits is tremendous.
