Bradley’s Answer

Great Question- We all have different strengths and weaknesses when working with others. Active Listening I think is one that most of us could benefit from. A lot of the time we listen to respond vs listening for Understanding. If we do our best not to think of responses when someone is speaking to us, then we have a better chance of finding out the root cause and building better relationships.

Tanya’s Answer

The best tip that I have received on social skills is to be able to be empathetic to understand folks from all the different walks of life. Also when engaging in conversations, try to ask open-ended questions! This will give folks the ability to give more detailed information and show that you are interested in what they are saying!
