I began my career as a recruiter, helping people find jobs. Now, I've moved up to being a human resources program manager. If I could turn back time, I wouldn't change my career choice. I love helping others, and even though my job is different now, I'm still doing that. I manage programs at my company, and I get to solve problems and share ideas for important decisions.

Yes, I love working with people. The field of Social Work is helping people through case management.
You get the opportunity to learn many resources and use them, by making referrals.
