How do I build a "program" and request funding from sponsors (lenders, brokers, affiliates) for multi-day professional event?

What programs can I use to build a 4-day event program? This is for a 4-day Real Estate Summit at Costa Baja Resort & Spa in La Paz BCS. The proposed date is October 11-15th 2023.

I'd recommend using a free tool like Notion to plan out your event.

You could create a Notion Board for all of the different aspects of the event, for example:

Location:
-Book Venue
-Hire photographer/videographer
-etc.

Agenda:
-Day 1
-Day 2
-Day 3
-Day 4

Fundraising:
-List of businesses to reach out to
-How much money you've collected per business

If you're looking at requesting funding, people are going to want to know what they can expect to get out of it. Are you going to promote their business on materials you give out at the event? Will there be a big banner on the stage? etc. Let them know how many potential customers that they could reach.

I would add to what's already been said about using free-ware that is available and some additional advice on planning...is the following
Make sure that you have a post-program action plan (call to action, etc) for all attendees that you want deliverables from. You can do this by building a summary sheet that will be handed to them at the end of the event reminding them at a high level of what they saw, learned and what steps they should take next when they get back to business as usual; you can include links to collateral that they can refer to in carrying out those actions you want as well. You would be surprised how many business events are planned meticulously with partners/customers and little to no follow up actions are EXPLICITLY requested from those attending once they leave the event.
