Hi Ernesto,

What an awesome goal! If drawing is your passion, then start taking art classes at your high school to develop your drawing skills, like a life drawing class which will give you an excellent foundation. If your school does not offer life drawing, you could see if there are any Adult Education classes in your area that you could attend.
Another option is to look at drawing tutorials on youtube to learn techniques from other artists. If you wanted to develop digital illustration skills visit lynda.com lynda.com to take online courses using Adobe illustrator
