I encourage you to look up pedodontists locally in your area. This particular forum is broadly referred to professionals. For example, I am a Complementary Holistic Alternative Medical Provider with a strong surgical/periodontal/dental history.

I'm happy to be of help if I can, but I think targeting local practices to you, and looking up "Pedodontist" in your local directories will bring you more specific results.
