It’s best not to use acronyms as others won’t know what these are.
A 1.6 is a D grade -if this is done on a 0-4.0 scale - and may not transfer. This answer would come from the Registrar. Every school is different. The Registrar Office is where transferring credits happens.

A 1.6 is a low D average. One needs a 2.0 to get transfer credit.
