i really want to learn art, but i dont think my skill level is good enough to go to an art school. What career path should i choose to gain credibility in the field of performing arts and arts education?
I currently work at a private performing arts academy as a dance teacher and head of the academic department. I am in charge of creating curricula for the program and supervising the production team to give artistic input in departments such as scenography. I first started as a student in 2019 and then became part of the teaching team in 2020 due to my advanced dance knowledge (I have been dancing professionally for over 10 years), my experience as a dance assistant in the past and the lack of dance teachers at the academy back then. Since then, I have worked my way up the ranks and now have this good position I mentioned at the beginning. However, I don't have a degree in anything, I have been guided, directed and instructed by the director of the academy and she has helped me develop my leadership skills and helped me get to where I am now. I have discovered my passion for leadership in the performing arts and the world of arts education because of her support and belief in me. But the reason I ask this question, regardless of my current professional position, is because I know that this world is primarily driven by the degrees or masters you have, and in order to enhance my professional development and get more opportunities in the artistic and/or academic world, I may need to get one. So with that thought haunting me every day, I've been searching for degrees that will help me to accredit my current work. That being said, the biggest struggle I have been dealing with in the last few weeks, is the lack of information I currently have about careers that might offer what I am interested in and also the lack of flexibility of careers to study online so I can continue to work and keep my expenses as a freelancer. I have found names of interesting careers but they end up being master's degrees and not bachelor's degrees. I would like to know where are those degrees where I can study something related to directing or artistic education that can be achieved online, or in a short period of time in person. Or, I would like to have a chat with someone who can give me other degree options that might interest me as well and add to the skills I already have and acquire new knowledge. I am very interested in learning more of the educational academic world around the arts field, I also like topics related to human behavior, psychology and anatomy, if that helps give a broader context of the type of degree I am looking for. I have talked to mentors, co-workers, professors, colleagues, professional artists, and they have given me good advice on how to further develop my professional skills without a degree, but no one has helped me find detailed information on bachelor's degrees. I am still looking on my own because I know in the end I will be the one making the final decission, but I would really appreciate more detailed information/advice coming from professionals in the field and I think this is a good place to start.
How do I find a local singer for my band?
I've put together a band recently that is going to be very 80s rock music, the only issue is that we can't find a singer, we have everything else we need. We just can't seem to find that guy or girl if you get what I'm trying to say. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone had any advice as to how I should go about my search to find the frontman or woman.

Which is better for me a digital artist or an interior designer?
I like to draw a lot and I decided that it would be better for me if I were to take a career where I can paint or just draw. I understand that if I am an interior designer I won't be painting all the time, but I do find it enjoyable to make others happy; If I were to redesign their home or workspace to the way they would like it, that would be quite fun to turn something old and boring into something they enjoy what they see! As a digital artist, I can draw a lot, do commissions, and just draw! It sounds like a dream to me! Making art for people, or for video games. It just sounds like so much fun!!
I was drawing Since, 5 to 10 years old, but I don't know how, I can be improved ?
I don't know how I could be improved on my drawing, please can you help me

What are any recommendations for young artists trying to make a profit?
Hi everyone! I am a 19 yr old female college student. I want to be able to profit off my art but don’t know where or how to start. I feel quite unfulfilled with my life and the fields I’m going towards in college. I have recently undergone a lot of personal growth and am a bit stuck because I realized I do not want to do any of the things I am starting to study. I am a multi faceted realism painter& drawer, i crochet, sew, make jewelry through wire wrapping and other methods, i write & illustrate poetry, and am deeply involved with nature. I know a lot about energy and quantum energy healing techniques. I’m in the works of becoming a healer for people because I want to share what helps me. I love helping people and I’m great with kids but I want to pursue something that also involves art and is outside of public education. I have been looking to get into seasonal jobs but would need a campground or housing provided. I am planning on getting on the road as well to travel full time because I am very into art and music fairs. I am a Renaissance Faire avid go-er and hopefully will get a job tracking. I know how little it pays, and I know how unpredictable it is. I have experience in the outdoors with camping and experienced homelessness multiple times throughout childhood and am not worried about that at all. I don’t want a lot of money in life and I am purely looking for inner peace. I have no idea how to kickstart a profit my art because I’ve been trying for years, lol. Any advice or recommendations are deeply appreciated! I am on the autism spectrum & have ADHD. I am very high functioning but i really struggle in succeeding in areas I’m not passionate about. I’m super broke and grew up with no wealth in my family and am deeply struggling with balancing finances. Positivity only welcomed here!! Thank you 🌿
Should I give up my passion?
I have two passions only. Making Art and making Music. I am a graphic design student who is doing pretty well in college and juggling my Art and Music passions. I am pretty good at both of my passions. Lately someone told me that I should focus only on one passion. There are some youtube videos and articles that supports my situation and says that it's great thing two have two passions or even more and there are some youtube videos and articles that says that you should have only one passion and put all your focus on it. There is a kinda famous artist/musician called Jack Stauber who i stumbled upon lately who is juggling the same two passions of mine in addition to animation, sculpture, stop motion, many different musical instruments, singing, songwriting, and many more. he majored in Marketing . And there is also Caroline konstnar who is ballet dancer, artist, singer, comedian, actor, content creator. My question is should I give up on one of my passions and focus only on one, which is something that I don't wanna do. Or be like these two musician/artist examples and embrace my two passions through content creation by making music and making art for my music or making music and making animation for my music just like they do. Thank You

I have a very strong inclination towards advertising, graphic design, photography and videography, and other art forms. Yet, I have not obtained the best grades in Art during school. Does that mean that I am not creative or can't survive in the creative industry?
How Do We Take Pictures Of Our Band That Look Professional?
How would we go about taking pictures of our band, we want something professional that we can post to our social media accounts to get more interaction out of our audience, we don't know wether we should pay a photographer to take pictures of us, or if its something our buddies could do with their iPhone. We just need more engaging pictures, and something to show places we want to get gigs at.
