How do I find a local singer for my band?
I've put together a band recently that is going to be very 80s rock music, the only issue is that we can't find a singer, we have everything else we need. We just can't seem to find that guy or girl if you get what I'm trying to say. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone had any advice as to how I should go about my search to find the frontman or woman.

Should I give up my passion?
I have two passions only. Making Art and making Music. I am a graphic design student who is doing pretty well in college and juggling my Art and Music passions. I am pretty good at both of my passions. Lately someone told me that I should focus only on one passion. There are some youtube videos and articles that supports my situation and says that it's great thing two have two passions or even more and there are some youtube videos and articles that says that you should have only one passion and put all your focus on it. There is a kinda famous artist/musician called Jack Stauber who i stumbled upon lately who is juggling the same two passions of mine in addition to animation, sculpture, stop motion, many different musical instruments, singing, songwriting, and many more. he majored in Marketing . And there is also Caroline konstnar who is ballet dancer, artist, singer, comedian, actor, content creator. My question is should I give up on one of my passions and focus only on one, which is something that I don't wanna do. Or be like these two musician/artist examples and embrace my two passions through content creation by making music and making art for my music or making music and making animation for my music just like they do. How do I get started as an illustrator/graphic designer?
Hi! I'm a lifelong artist currently recovering from my engineering day job and the toll it's taken on my mental health. (Mechanical Engineering grad, 2-ish years into my career). I've finally gotten to a point where I'm ready to take the plunge and look for a more creative career. I'm totally lost on where to go from there, though. I would absolutely love to illustrate books but I don't think I'm ready to fully shift to freelance work. What other career options should I explore that are similar but a little more stable? (And ideally include healthcare, lol) What programs/certifications should I prioritize? What should I include in my portfolio? How do I get the best of both worlds?
How do I follow a career involving art, yet still pays well? All of the occupations considering art that I have found have a low pay-grade. I want to be able to do art for my job, but I also don't want to have to worry about a low income. Are there any art-related jobs that pay well?
What are some things I can do to better learn stuff like animation and music production?
Currently the two subjects I am interested in are animation and music production. I dabbled a bit in both but I am not at amature level yet. I do know some basics but other than that, it is all i know. I really want to learn these subjects and have jobs with them so I want to prepare myself.
What is future career that will fill all of my current interests ?
Any jobs that will relate to any current interests I may have will be helpful because there are many jobs out there that can help and be similar to this in any way, anything that is close or relevant to eachother.
When is a good time to hire a rep or publicist or rep ? How do you go about finding one worth their salt?
Hi, I'm looking to get in more galleries with my work. I've had luck with my rep in NY, they even took my work to Art Miami ( Basel week), but really need more locations to sell. In-person viewing is really the only way i sell art. I'm looking for advice on where to find a coach or rep, or publicist -- i guess I'm searching for the next steps in my career building and we never covered this kind of stuff when i got my MFA.
How do I become/get a job as an Illustrator?
I have always loved art and drawing growing up and my dream career is to become a graphic novelist/cartoonist. It would be cool to publish my own graphic novels or illustrate other's books but how do I do that? I also would like to know where character designers or concept artists work and what art software do I need to learn to create my art in those career fields?
What is the best way to find job opportunities for things revolving around art?
Artists are not in high demand like doctors are and so it may be very hard for those people to find jobs.
