Are online courses worth the time?
I'm going to be doing Bsc Biomedical Science in the fall as a freshman. It's a pretty vast field and it's not known to be very prospective right after an undergrad degree. I am planning to do a post-grad degree but I heard online courses in important fields like business and computer science would give me a little edge, job-wise. Is that true? Will they be considered as serious courses (considering I pay for the certificates of course)?

is there a way to try out for biostatistic?
I think I want to be a biostatistician, I wonder if there's online class/ program/ book or anything I could read or try out for a while? background information: I graduated from biomedical science (BS) back in May 2022, my school is just a generic state school ( University of Akron located at Akron, Ohio ). During the last few semester of my program I found out I was interested in biostatistic, but I never got to take the biostatistic class due to faculty layoff.
